Welcome to the New Look of posa.se! 🎨✨

Hello dear art lovers,

You may have noticed that thanks to Diafragma Creative Art Bureau, our website posa.se has a fresh new look! Our goal? To make your visit easier, more engaging, and a whole lot more fun.

Your journey begins on the Home page — your gateway into our world of artists, creativity, and our magazine. From here, you can explore wherever your curiosity leads you!

Speaking of exploring, Mikaela Olovsdotter’s page (posa.se/mikaela-olovsdotter-gallery/) has had a lovely makeover. Dive into her story and discover what she’s been up to lately. Wander further into her gallery to find fascinating stories behind some of her paintings — and here’s the best part — you can read them in English or Italian. Isn’t that wonderful?

We’ve also revamped the structure of our Newsletter/Blog section, where we at the Houses & Art team will keep you in the loop with all the latest news and updates. And yes, our newsletter got a makeover too! So nothing will be missed.

Last but definitely not least — there’s me, Anna Posa, and my art gallery. It will get a makeover soon as well, but for now, it’s still the old look. Honestly, I’m still figuring out how I want it to be. But stay tuned — and if you have any ideas or suggestions, I’d love to hear them! Just drop me a line at housesartmagazine@posa.se.

Oh, and one more thing: upcoming newsletters won’t be sent by email anymore (we all get enough emails, right?). Instead, we’ll keep you posted through our Instagram and FaceBook accounts. Make sure to follow us there!

Thank you for being part of our creative community.

Warm regards,
Anna Posa & the Houses & Art team

This serene oil painting captures a solitary hot air balloon drifting peacefully through a vast, luminous sky. Rendered in warm tones of cream and red, the balloon floats effortlessly above a golden-yellow field that stretches endlessly beneath it.

The soft, layered clouds create a dreamlike atmosphere, transitioning from gentle light to deeper shades of gray as they retreat toward the horizon. The contrast between the grounded field and the expansive sky evokes a sense of freedom and introspection. The composition is minimal yet striking, focusing the viewer’s attention on the quiet movement of the balloon and the vastness that surrounds it.

The piece invites contemplation on themes of solitude, journey, and the delicate balance between earth and sky. With its smooth brushwork and subtle play of light, this painting offers both a visual escape and an emotional stillness—a moment of pause lifted gently by the wind.

Houses & Art – Ongoing Solo Art Exhibition at Torre Casalotto Golf Club

Until July 8th, 2025

I’m delighted to invite you to visit my ongoing exhibition at the beautiful Torre Casalotto Golf Club in Sicily, where a selection of my latest paintings is currently on display.

Inspired by the vast, quiet landscapes of Scandinavia — the wide skies, open fields, and distant sea — these works explore themes of space, solitude, and belonging. Each piece is an invitation to pause, breathe, and connect.

The setting itself, surrounded by nature and Sicilian light, provides a perfect backdrop to experience the work.

Whether you’re nearby or planning a visit, I’d be happy for you to see it before it closes on July 8th.

Warmly,

Mikaela Olovsdotter
